BEWARE I placed an order in June and a family emergency came up and I could not make it to pick it up. I called to cancel and was hung up on and then the phone rang non stop the rest of the evening. No one picked up. I contacted subway several times about a refund and was never responded to. I tried one more time and got a message that they would talk to the staff to improve customer care, but never received a refund.
I recently had the unfortunate experience of visiting a local Subway on a Saturday with my son, and let me tell you, it was like trying to get a sandwich from a train that had derailed. My son, excited for a quick bite, walked in ready to order, only to be met with an unexpected roadblock. I ordered an ultimate BMT, but was told that I can't have the double cheese because I asked for American instead of provolone. When I told her that wasn't right, she told me she wasn't sure and still refused to give me the double cheese. I will not be back, I will take my business to a different Subway that properly trains their employees.
