I don’t usually write reviews, but I felt it was absolutely necessary to express just how much I appreciate the Subway at Mount Clare Shopping Center. This location is not just a sandwich shop it’s a true gem in our community, and it deserves far more recognition than it gets. Put in an online order, they gave it to the wrong person and accused me of lying and committing fraud. Manager tried to explain away employees bad behavior. I would never go here and recommend to anyone, they are rude and racist.
Racist!! Won’t make me or my way! I wanted my chicken heated before the oven because the chicken still be cold. Young guy said no this is the way we heat up our food! Never will I return! They’re always giving black folks problems. That’s why that glass is broken. No one is taking disrespect he’s do damn rude!!!!
Clean at least- the people are very fixated on giving g you what they want. My sandwiches were put in with whatever cheese they wanted and we asked to get a side of meat that we do at many subways and they said they’d charge me for a full sandwich.
I have a last minute large order for my office. Mike and the rest of the staff were very accommodating to get everything ready as quickly as possible. The sandwiches were fresh and delicious! Thanks again!
