Associates have been terrorized by the loitering individuals at the corner gas station. They struggle to provide quality customer service because they are worried about these individuals. One associate just stocked cheese without assisting me with my order. Another associate took 10 minutes to make my husband’s sub. We will never patronize this establishment again. I suggest implementing security measures to ensure your associates feel safe in their work environment.
I ordered a build your own black forest ham, pepper jack cheese, veggies, foot long sandwich. The sub was poorly put together, I'm pretty sure she gave me extra ham and cheese but with the construction I figured she was new and didn't know the right portions. I ask for the same sandwich every time, so I was confused but I've never been to this location before so there is that.
