Just a heads up. I was in there this past Thursday. Made my order. The crew is always willing to meet your needs. Notice a lady in there and We'll i guess it had to be the owner. She was behind the food station talking with the crew and messing around with some cups. She dropped a few and put them back in the sleeve. She notice what the crew was doing for me and said. " no. This isn't going to happen again"
We travel from Rosedale to get sandwiches from this Subway
I used to visit this location weekly, but unfortunately, I will no longer be returning. The service has become consistently unfriendly and unprofessional. The vegetables and bread appear to be several days old, which is unacceptable. Additionally, there is a woman—who seems to be the manager—sitting in the corner who is not wearing a uniform, and frequently on her phone. When I approached her to pay, she was dismissive and rude. I will be reporting these concerns to corporate.
