Highly upset and disappointed ordered a chipotle steak footlong there was barely any steak on the other end . Despite me adding more jalapeños from home. Sandwich was even toasted either ….
I asked the cashier for some napkins and she says, "turn around and look up". Lady just tell me where the damn napkins are, I'm not here to play Where's Waldo! Unbelievable.

If I could give zero stars, I would. There was a full line of customers, and my son and I happened to be the last ones waiting. While we were already standing there for quite a while, a large online order came in. Instead of taking care of the customers who had been waiting in line, they prioritized the online order and made us wait even longer. Honestly, I've never paid this much at any other subway. The gentleman misunderstood what I asked for but the sandwich was good anyways. I'd give them another shot.
