Ordered on the website and showed up at 12pm on a Sunday and the store appeared completely closed. Doors locked, lights off. Hours posted online and on the door stated that they should have been open. Cant get a refund.
Paid for footlong meatball sandwich on mobile app. Out of meatballs at store. Told I have to ask for refund on app. No way to get refund on app. Lost $ and time. Not the first issue at this store. Poor management.
They provide a Go to sandwich that hits everytime😋👍🏾!
I ordered online, waited 20 minutes and then came in. Both employees were outside smoking when I pulled up and when I went in they hadn't even started my order. Didn't apologize or anything at all. Continued to sit and talk while I was waiting, this is ridiculous.
