Placed and order online and subway cancelled it claiming the owner doesn’t accept that promotion which is bullcrap. I’m still waiting on my refund, subway needs to handled this. It’s not the first time they done this
I wish I could have given this establishment a zero due to the fact I made 2 orders for pick up and haven’t received anything. The restaurant took the money and then cancelled my order both times. The employees acted oblivious to the fact that I even had an order. I eventually received an email stating my orders had been cancelled. The email stated that I could contact the restaurant if I hadn’t cancelled my order for more details. They don’t know how to pack sandwiches they messed up my all sandwiches i spend almost 100 doller there i visit here too many times but every time same things
Line and lobby is very clean (which you don’t come across often at other subways) , awesome staff and most importantly, GOOD FOOD!
