Paid for sandwiches and 2 drinks. Went to the fountain drinks and half of them were out and just pored water. We told them. Heard one whisper that Dr pepper was out.. other customers came in.. we waited 5 min and no one tried to get the sodas fixed so we filled up on water down mountain dew and just left. Will drive the extra miles and go to the other subway on 10th. Way better there.

I don’t ever leave reviews but Shirley deserves some recognition. I come here often in the evenings / late afternoons - like at least several times a week with an online order. Shirley is *AMAZING*. My experience at this store has not always been great, and sometimes, that remains true today. I have consistently thought that employees here were often lacking customer service skills and only spoke to me if I spoke to them, such as saying “thank you” when I walk out of the store, etc. My subs are often made very messy and spec... read more

Wow! Just when I thought customer service was dead. I had the fine opportunity to meet Shirley! I am going to be honest here. I went out to pick up something for dinner for the kids and was in a little bit of a pinch. After stopping at another local company, I was greeted with a fresh smile and pleasant customer service here and not the other establishment. Five stars across the board. This lady deserves a raise. I know where to go when in a bunch again. Thank you Shirley! :)
