The only reason I come here is because its the closest sandwhich shop near my work. Came in and was not greeted which is fine as I saw theyre working on an order so i wait until theyre finished. Mind you, theres 2 other customers waiting ahead of me. im standing here for close to 5 mins and finally im acknowledged, only to be told that they are "closed" because theyre working on a big order. How are you going to see customers waiting to be helped and finally speak up only to dismiss them? They could have worded things differ... read more

Worst ever customer service ! So mean to talk and converse with people. Especially the less haired guy, if he does not want people then why is doing the job.
There is a guy named noxy or something. We ordered 6 sandwiches at Subway, and because of a bit of confusion while ordering, we were a little slow. The employee preparing the sandwiches laughed in a mocking way and handled the ingredients and sauces carelessly, without any attention or professionalism. It was a disappointing experience and the customer service was not respectful.
