Arrived at 9:17 and the store is closed. When I was living the parking two ladies which seems to be the employees they were just arriving to the store. I was lucky I didn’t put an order online otherwise I would’ve been wasting so much time with this management here.
This was one of the worst customer service experiences I’ve ever had. The store had a terrible smell with restroom doors wide open and loud music blasting so loudly that I couldn’t even hear the employee properly. No one was at the counter, and the employee ignored us despite clearly seeing us waiting. After several minutes, we had to ring the bell to get her attention. It is never open on time. It was 930am. And still closed. They told me if I was picking up an order I said no and they said they were not ready yet. That is every time. The owner needs responsible workers!
