Yikes. I saw some of the reviews and wanted to give them a chance anyways. OVERPRICED SIGNIFICANTLY compared to other Subways, especially in the area. I asked for a minor change I get at other ones and it was "too much" and "not really a thing they do." When I mentioned that I get it elsewhere, the guy was kind of abrasive about it. Would not recommend. There's a different Subway not that far on Bird Rd that's much better.
Ladies were kind. I felt great with the customer service.

When I walked in, the restaurant was completely empty and there was no line. Despite that, I still had to wait about 15 minutes before the employee even acknowledged or started my order because he was focused on three pickup orders. On top of that, he told me I couldn’t dine in, even though I arrived at 7:40 PM and the store doesn’t close until 8:30 PM. I was told I had to take my food to go, which was very disappointing.
