Came in person to get a sandwich, this place literally had one employee a line out the door and the employee focused on the online orders. Something that should have taken me 15 mins to grab took almost and hour. This place needs to staff more employees instead of leaving in person alone, do better
Placed a mobile order for 3 footlong combo meals. Order was almost $52. Dropped my cousin off at his house, and then headed home. My nephew opened his tuna sandwich, and everything he wanted on his sandwich, was not on it. He ate it anyway. had to wait 30+mins in line to get a sub...I notice always 1 person making subs. The owners need to stop being cheap and hire more employees the management sucks why can't two people be making subs.
Placed an order for 3 foot long subs. All three had almost no filling! For sandwiches that cost $12+ there should at least be meat and veggies on the entire sandwich!
There were 2 employees, a young man helping the customers and an older lady . The young man was so busy while the lady did nothing . She kept walking out from the behind the counter and pretending to do something with the soda machine. After about 15 minutes it was my turn , I gave him my order and as he was working on it he realized he had cut himself. Blood on bread and he went to the back to wash his hands .
