Ordered online, tried to cancel the order they proceeded to say that couldn’t cancel it and that they had to make it so I drive all the way up here and they said they didn’t make it because we tried to cancel it but didn’t tell anyone they didn’t make it until we got here. Literal kids running this store with awful attitudes.
Bad customer service, toast your sandwich without asking, I will never go to this location again.
Very bad service and cheap on condiment vegetables
ordered a sandwich online, the order was wrong both the manager and worker had an attitude when called. said to take my sandwich back as if the point of a online order is to pickup. am i supposed to check each ingredient in my sandwich before leaving?
