Great customer service
I ordered online and picked up on my way home from Grand Haven to Coopersville. The subs were AMAZING! Everything was as requested, the bread and veggies were fresh. It was ready on time and the staff was friendly when I picked them up. Thank you so much!
Staff extremely rude and short with me. Which definitely shouldn’t be happening to a paying customer who simply is ordering a sandwhich. Food put together sloppily. Veggies were clearly old and not stored properly. Overall completely avoid this subway and just drive to the next one.
Only had white and wheat bread available and no flatbread so they couldn’t make wraps. Not sure they would of had any speciality subs available. Not very well stocked
I was in this Subway store at 6:30 pm on 2/3/2025. When I walked in, they told me they were out of bread, which I could see was not true. They went on to explain that they were saving the bread for morning, but I could wait for the bread that’s baking in an hour. I clarified that they were going to turn away customers to save bread for a possible customer tomorrow, to which they responded yes. I’m not sure why they would do this, but I’m not going back.
