I had a very disappointing experience at the Subway near Gate H10 in Miami International Airport. After placing my order, I was not given a receipt—I had to ask for it. Once I got back to my gate and checked it, I noticed I had been charged a $9 tip that I did not approve. I immediately returned to the restaurant to address the issue.
