Disappointing sub. I don’t like toasted buns and expected the bun to be soft and fresh. Unfortunately The bun was stale and hard. The ingredients were good. Service was good.
This review is not about this restaurant. It is about the app. Took me 45 mins to figure it out because it won’t accept my gift card. The GC did not have enough balance and I couldn’t reload it online, I have to go to the store. Also, I cannot split the amount (half gc and half visa). What a waste of time.
This place is definitely a scam. Please avoid this location at all means. With the Mother’s Day gift card promotion posted in store, the guy insisted my coupon and gift card are fake simply because he didn’t know how to scan it properly. This is disrespectful and humiliating. It could also be a retaliation because I pointed out that he tried to charge me the price of a rice bowl although I only ordered a salad.
Cleanliness of the store could be better maintained but solid food that you'd expect from a subway.
