This restaurant does not adhere to their posted hours. Multiple times I have come here to grab a quick dinner after a long day and everything is packed up a half hour ahead of time to close. Sandwich makers seem to have a hard time with basic sandwich construction and put the ingredients in the middle of the fold of the roll or don’t place ingredients to the end of the sub. Service is very poor, I have to request items that normally would come together specifically, ie they are not automatically giving dip with the pretzel.
Ordered online for the BOGO event. The order said it did not go through, but the charge is on my bank account. I went to the store & showed the man working who laughed in my face & told me I didn't order anything or pay for anything despite the proof I had. He treated me like I was just coming in to try to get free sandwiches- I also called right after I realized something seemed wrong & he hung up on me!!! Will not be returning.
