I had such a terrible customer service experience at my local Subway. They didn’t believe me at al l- even though I have proof. I literally found an able wire in my sandwich.
They don't know how to toast a sandwich
Not impressed with how they don't listen to what you are ordering. They put mustard on my daughters sandwich when we didn't want it and then just scraped it off as if that does anything. Tried ordering a footlong cookie, but they made a wrap instead and forced me to pay for it. Outrageous!
The person working there gave me very little chicken on my sandwich. More lettuce than anything. I don't recommend this location.
