At this subway there has been multiple times they have had rude employees. Ive never gone into this subway and had a kind employee. I watched one of the girls (who still works there..) make fun of another lady’s lazy eye. I think her name was Gianna, how gross and unprofessional. I seen the same lady post a review as well and say that management did nothing. How ridiculous. It’s a small town, and I will never be back here, as I’ll tell everyone else how this subway treats people and they won’t be back here either.

If I could rate a zero I would. Went in to try to get a sandwich that they did not make in my DoorDash order, the girl was very adamant about not replacing the sandwich, until she realized I was there to just pay for another. I have a lazy eye however, and the cashier made an ugly comment about not being able to tell where I was looking. I got upset, called the district manager, they said they would take care of it, but then found out they actually did nothing. I was in line and a lady was in front of me with her daughter, I’m not sure what all happened but the customer was polite and explained to her what happened to her order and I heard the Subway employee being very rude and even made fun of this lady’s eye and how she looked and than the store manager came over and was being very rude to this lady both ganging up on her, she said she was calling in to complain and left very upset. Friendly cashiers , always with a smile on there face serving at-least 15 people in line do ,and subway right there , the workers are busy every time I’m in there making sandwiches non stop . My favorite is the meat ball sub .
