I have always had a great experience with this Chester location. The member at the front (girl) is always a part of the morning shift. I normally do a mobile pickup before heading to the office some days and each time she greets with kindness and always has great customer service. Will recommend. May not be the next looking location but inside is clean and nice.
Everything was terrible all around. The service and the food. He made us sandwiches with OLD LETTUCE. We kindly called and asked for a remake and everything was fine over the phone. We go back to Subway and now he had a problem with remaking our sandwiches so we asked for a refund and he didn’t want to do that either. So HE took the old food out of the first sandwich and put it on a new piece of bread🤢. And debated with us for 35 mins about it. I was so disappointed in how this young couple was treating in Subway by the employee that I didn’t get anything. Mind u they were young but they wasn’t yelling, no hollering, or any of that. The problem was the lettuce in the sandwich was old so they brought it back and asked him nicely to remake it he automatically told them “NO” with hesitation.
