Ordered 2 of the foot long nachos, sandwich artist said the toppings have to be exactly what the picture shows or else it’s a up charge, I said ok then just make them as the picture shows them. Clerk prepared my nachos and when I got to my car with them and opened them they had not a single topping besides the meat and cheese. Was extremely disappointed.
Veggies uncovered and flies everywhere. The meat has a hood covering it, but individual meat/veggies should be individually covered. Service was 5/10; the lady making my sandwich was dismissive.
We ordered online. They charged our card but the S. Comanche store in Bakersfield wouldn't send our order. TERRIBLE Experience!
My husband picked up our online order for our family 45 min before closing & they wouldn’t let him order his own sandwich there because they had “closed up” everything already. And got the other sandwiches wrong.
