I had one of the worst customer service experiences I’ve ever had at Subway. The employee, Prachi? I believe that’s how you spell her name ?was visibly irritated when I asked for simple things, rushed through my order, and made my sandwich sloppily. Good attention and attitude
Hate it Hated the attitude. Hated the mocking faces. Hated the bad service. Hated that the workers weren't friendly or approachable. Hated that the food was either frozen, or not properly contained
I visited this Subway yesterday and was disappointed by the cleanliness of the place. The floors were noticeably dirty, with visible grime and trash in the corners. The walls and glass partitions had stains and smudges, which made the dining area feel neglected. While the staff was polite (if applicable), the overall hygiene of the location made me uncomfortable. Cleanliness is a basic expectation in any restaurant, and unfortunately, this one fell short. Made me uncomfortable to enjoy my food
