Used to be pretty good with the previous worker that was short staffed present. My food would be taken care of even if she was short staffed or alone. Now, ordering online in more than enough time prior to getting your food means it being cancelled just before you’re meant to go get it. Happens almost every time you order at all anymore. They’ll always say “they never got the order” and be rude with you when you question it. Don’t waste your time, especially if it’s your plan for your work lunch break that’s limited in time.
Stopped in for lunch n found Tabatha filling online orders to be picked up. Tabatha was professional n polite. She greeted me n explained she's be right with me. I ordered one sandwich for now n one for later. Tabatha was very helpful in packaging my later sandwich without it getting soggy. Both sandwiches were yummy
Ordered at 12:20 and was expecting it at 12:45 but once walking in one of the employees were sitting on their phone and told me they needed another 30 minutes for the bread (mind you there was no one else there) not sure what has happened here used to have fast and reliable service
The first time I went to this location I was received rudely as if they were doing me a favor. Thought well it’s just a bad day but now I have received the same behavior from the staff several times. Management needs to train their staff to be polite and courteous. Also there were 3 choices for chips. When I inquired got the same attitude. Seems like this location has a pattern that needs to be assessed. Subway corporation are you listening?!
