Lady manager has horrible attitude! Not happy, no smiling to customers. I greeted her nicely, her face was rudely rested. Debated about a sub with a attitude I had to tell her calm down, she rolled her eyes & proceeded. Itsevident they are tired of working this Subway and should LEAVE room for better customer service. Don't recommend this location.
This place is horrible! There is no manager! They have 2 young disrespectful unsanitary boys working tonight 1/29/26 who sold hard bread with rotten veggies, and refused to wash their hands in between taking customers money and ringing them out. They refused to give us a refund all while laughing and snorkeling about the situation. Please take your business elsewhere.
I am writing to formally complain about an unacceptable customer service experience at this Subway location tonight. I entered the store at 9:55 PM, well within your posted business hours of closing at 10:00 PM, intending to purchase two cookies, a transaction that would take less than one minute. There were no customers in the store, and no line whatsoever.
