The only reason this place gets the lower rating despite serving good food is the management. they are running a franchise, and on the web and app it was mentioned that it's a participating restaurant that allows discounts and coupons, but in reality they don't take online orders. they don't accept coupons. they even display that at the counter. if you end up ordering online, forget your money and you get no food. the food and cleanliness are ok for a two-star. I went with my family and ordered 5 subs. After getting to the car I looked at the receipt and realized they overcharged us. I went back in and had a discussion about it. Turns out the meal of the day ($6.99) was not being charged that way. Ended up being $8-9 over what the bill should have been. RJ was pleasant and customer service oriented. Best fast food experience I’ve had in a long time, RJ was so helpful and the food turned out great!!
One of the best subways I’ve been to. It’s clean and fresh. RJ gives the best service and always knows who wants what before we even walk in the door. Great customer service.
