We placed an order through the app, it charged us twice and the order never went through. We placed an order inside instead and the guy was rude. When we asked what bread came with the meatball sub he laughed at us. I asked for a little aoli sauce and he put the same amount as the mayo (too much). He had an attitude the whole time we were ordering.
Rj provided some fantastic customer service skills. He was also able to make my food really quickly. Out of all the subways I’ve ever been this one had to be the best
