I asked for a sandwich with steak and they barely put any on it. And if I wanted more it’s extra. But they barely put any. So mad. Not coming here no more.

After five years of avoiding this particular Subway location due to consistently poor service, I was drawn back in by a gift card. Today's visit only reinforced my initial impression. Despite successfully loading the gift card onto my Subway account, I encountered significant issues at checkout. Placed an order via the app this am.Came to pick up and realized I ordered the wrong item. Asked the manager to cancel the order and re-order. He was not being helpful. Been calling the store to cancel the order because it can't be done via the app but no response. Called 5 times and the phone kept ringing. Looks like I will have to dispute the transaction with my credit card
