We went here to get some sandwiches for a one year olds birthday and then we asked how long it would take to be served and she said a while then we asked how long a while is because people can have different meanings of how long a while is then 2 other people walked in and they were waiting with us and the lady who was the manager said she's not serving us we didn't do anything wrong. We went to a different subway that was much kinder we don't recommend going to this one we recommend going to the subway on Machesney Park. Th... read more
I'll tell you that today we went and there was only one girl and as soon as we entered she told us that it would take 25 minutes to serve us because she was alone.
Came in for 3 foot longs, and the lady tried cramming all 3 in the toaster oven at the same time. I told her I didn't want her to do that, and she did it anyway They came out burnt on the edges and raw in the center. I was so frustrated. I told her they didn't toast right because she crammed them. She said "I think I proved they do fit" And I just couldn't. I'm not paying $25 for 3 feet of sandwich I don't want to eat.
