Contacted support because 9/4 the location was closed but it took my order and got charged. Today I got an emailed saying my case was closed and no refund. Crappy new owners!

Hello, Subway. So you are here to make sandwiches the way the customer ask correct? So tell me why when ordering a Philly cheese steak, how is there no cheese on my sandwich, no red onions,and decided not to put the oils or vinegar that was asked for. If you as a sandwich maker can not do your job then find another one. Some of us only get to splurge on these kinds of things every couple months.
