The place is clean and the ladies are very kind!
The store is located in Library of Congress: James Madison Memorial Building. There are ample seats which are very clean and comfortable. Charging ports are also available. I usually preorder before I arriving at the store through Subway APP and there are bunches of promo codes available to redeem such as SIXINCHSUB to get a 6” sub for $3.99 and 699FL to get any footlong for $6.99. All the staff are kind and friendly and they complete my order before the estimated time shown in the APP.
