Probably the nastiest Subway I have ever been in. The guy who served me mumbled and I could not hear him over the rap music that was blasting in the store. I had to ask him over and over to repeat himself and he never tried to raise his voice and just kept mumbling. He was wearing his subway hat sideways and the girl was wearing a pink hat that made her look like Toad from Mario Kart. I just want to say how much I appreciate the incredible service (overnight) Brian provides every time I come in. He’s not only fast and accurate, but also consistently friendly, respectful, and professional. You can tell he takes pride in his work and genuinely cares about the customer experience. He leads by example and even seems to help keep the team focused and efficient. It’s clear he’s a valuable part of this store. Honestly, he deserves a raise and a promotion. Employees like him are rare!!!!!

The black lady on the night shift with star tattoos on her face has such a STANK AND NASTY attitude. I felt unwelcome! I REFUSED TO LEAVE A TIP ( I don’t even know why the POS system asks to do so!) Whoever the manager is at this location, needs to hire better employees, ASAP!!!
