Horrible store with horrible employees. I typically give anyone working a min wage service job a bottomless amount of grace since I've had a similar job before, but these guys SUCK. They are unprofessional, lack competence, and they will treat customers badly. I'm talking straight up ARGUE with you. I’m giving this Subway location 2 stars because of my experience with a coupon. I had a physical coupon in my hand, but the employee said he was having an issue processing it. I asked if he could still honor the coupon since I had it with me, but he was not willing to help and simply said no. I understand technical issues can happen, but the situation could have been handled better. A little flexibility or customer service would have made a big difference. Got catering for an event and the employees were so kind and attentive! My order was ready in a timely fashion and they packaged everything up so it was easy for me to carry
