I’m giving this Subway location 2 stars because of my experience with a coupon. I had a physical coupon in my hand, but the employee said he was having an issue processing it. I asked if he could still honor the coupon since I had it with me, but he was not willing to help and simply said no. I understand technical issues can happen, but the situation could have been handled better. A little flexibility or customer service would have made a big difference.
