It's my experience that the success of a restaurant like Subway comes down to the crew. I obviously don't know what it was like in the past, but they seem to have a good crew working now. I placed my order online and arrived two minutes ahead of when the app said the good would be ready. It was, and I was out the door quickly, and the most important part was that the order was prepared correctly and was still hot.
