They lean on the bread while making your sandwich and it causes the bread to get hard once toasted. I wonder if they need a step stool to reach condiments so they don’t need to lean on the bread, leaving visible finger and hand prints in it.

Went to this subway and was served by a great guy! I cannot recall his name Guru-.... simran maybe? (my apologies). He had only been working there ~ 2 weeks but was polite, kind, and made the perfect sub.
