I had a great experience at this subway
The attitude towards customers is worst.
Worst experience, the quality of food is not upto the mark. I’ve ordered here for 3 times and never got the same what I ordered. The employees don’t know how to treat customers at all.
Been here 3 times I've rthe past month, and each time the quality hasn't been overall with proportions always being noticeably different and not knowing what goes on the bowl. I asked for one of the teriyaki rice bowls and sat down and when I payed for the item and left, I opened it to have no rice at all and it's the same story with the rice wraps
I must say… the renovation of this location is stunning and pulls me away from the hillside mall location that I always wondered must compete at certain hours. I’m super intrigued by how they do their hiring I must say… as there’s never a posting but I see someone new always in- Anyway… the bread has been consistently fresh but it’s sometimes hard to communicate 🥺 they’re kindly intended though
