Absolute worst customer service, ignore online orders, they do not start making your order until you show up at the store even if app says ready and is after the pickup time scheduled. Employees have zero care. Worst subway experience to date. Avoid if you have another alternative location
Jass was great. Made yummy sandwiches and took her time while doing so. They looked just as delicious as they were!
Had a great experience with Tushar at the location on 1633 Hillside Avenue. He handled the situation professionally, stayed calm, and made sure everything was resolved smoothly.
