I had a really frustrating experience with my recent Subway delivery order. First off, the delivery took almost an hour, which is ridiculous for a simple sandwich order. There was no heads-up, no ETA update, nothing—just radio silence while I sat there waiting, getting more annoyed by the minute. And when the food finally showed up, it was a total letdown. Arrive and see 3 uniformed staff eating at tables, one guy behind the counter. Get in line and wait 8 minutes for 2 subs for the couple in front of me. Get in line and am told that he is behind on online orders and I’m going to have to wait. While I am waiting in line, now 15 min for subway, a man walks in with a female, skips the line, and the dudes stops making the subs and gives him a cookie without paying and he walks out.
