My girlfriend had a horrible experience with a male staff member here. She went to pick up an online order and left scared, uncomfortable, and in tears. The male staff member told her she had to pay and when told that the order was already paid for through the app he told her she had to pay again and then proceeded to interrogate her regarding the order, after confirming the order name he began forcing her to verbally tell him the contents of the order, insisting they "make her speak", and scolding another employee who tried... read more
