Ordered subs from this Subway and the experience was terrible. Our order was missing toppings, so we called in to let them know. Instead of owning up to the mistake, the staff immediately got defensive and claimed they “checked the cameras” and the toppings were there—even as we were literally looking at our subs with the missing items. My girlfriend even sent them a picture, but they dismissed it and asked for a “proper picture,” whatever that’s supposed to mean. I had a really frustrating experience with my recent Subway delivery order. First off, the delivery took almost an hour, which is ridiculous for a simple sandwich order. There was no heads-up, no ETA update, nothing—just radio silence while I sat there waiting, getting more annoyed by the minute. And when the food finally showed up, it was a total letdown.
