Poor customer service. Two staff on duty on Sept 28 can use some training. One kept having personal discussion with a familiar client for several minutes after serving them while a queue was forming. The other couldn't care less about stepping in
Employee need improvement , they will look at you like; why did you came in ? Previous employees were way much better. Manager should see this, otherwise they are going to loose most of theirs customers.
