I'm a loyal customer. Ordered online my 4 sandwiches toasted. Brought my sandwiches home. NONE WERE TOASTED. I called to speak to the manager. Instead of an immediate apology and thanks for letting me know. This manager infers that after 67 years of living and 30 years as a registered nurse, I don't recognize toasted or not and thinks that I would like.
