Horrible service took my order a hour ago took 3 door dash drivers to finally get my food one laid on the horn n she ignored it
Had issues with online order/subway app, I know it isn’t there problem. But when I called the store to ask, “is there anything I can do to use my points still”, I was given “I don’t know”, upon asking if the “driveway is still open” I was met with a hangup. Absolutely awful service holy crap.
Super understaffed:( putting one person in charge of this location is not enough. The lady’s who helped me out today was great but way over worked.
