I placed an app order and it was incorrect. This was not the first time in which I have reported it online and sent emails. I thought it was fixed but it was not. I arrived to pick up my order and there was 1 sandwich instead of 3. The manager was rude, disrespectful and showed no empathy. Katelyn was combative, over-talking and refused to give us the owners name/number and how to file a complaint.
