I had a really disappointing experience at this Subway location. I visited today around 5:00 PM, and the staff member who served me was rude and unprofessional. She didn’t have a pleasant attitude, didn’t smile, and did not communicate properly when I was ordering. On top of that, her long nails were very noticeable, which made the food handling feel unhygienic. Customer service is just as important as the food, and this experience was far from acceptable. Worst experience ever in my life…i ordered online and they changed my bread without asking me because they were out of stock and when i asked them like why did you changed it without asking me then they started fighting and the manager was also started insulting us such a worst experience of my life with subway
Sharmila was very kind and very quick when making my sandwich. She has very good costumer service skills and the food was very good.
