Extremely disappointing customer service experience. This happened a couple of weeks ago and Im still down about this experience because money is tight. Me a broke retail worker gets subway cupons in the mail. Went to subways with broke friend after late shift. We were both getting really hyped over late night subs, we both want spicy Italian combo.
