I made multiple calls to the one on Mc Arthur and Fairview to change location and cancel order but the direct phone number on the app was not functional. I made an order of Cinnabon footlong churro on the app only to find they discontinued it, yet I saw they still had ads for it on a display board in the shop.. I forgot the name of the sandwich but it was very bland. They need to update their app and sign in the store and put in the real phone number , because that is very unprofessional. NEVER EVER, EVER, EVER GO TO THIS LOCATION. I wish I could leave negative stars. I'm not surprised about all the negative reviews. I went to get a sandwich with a coupon. They upcharged me $1.75 even though it was just the regular subway club. I asked why and the employee straight out said that "it's the only way the owner can make a little extra money." He also said that the owner gets away with it because "the coupon says participating locations only." This is a shady practice. How many people have they taken advantage of ... read more
