Should let you staff know that customer can understand Spanish. Switching languages to complain about showing up before order is ready is not greatest. A simple your ready will be ready soon is more then enough.
I made multiple calls to the one on Mc Arthur and Fairview to change location and cancel order but the direct phone number on the app was not functional. I made an order of Cinnabon footlong churro on the app only to find they discontinued it, yet I saw they still had ads for it on a display board in the shop.. I forgot the name of the sandwich but it was very bland. They need to update their app and sign in the store and put in the real phone number , because that is very unprofessional.
