The staff are always very friendly and professional and sandwiches are always well made
Bad service. Any review talking about the amazing atmosphere, smell of fresh bread, great repair of restaurant ect are clearly paid reviews. (Noticed several 5 stars popped up praising this 2 months ago? 🤔) This location is in a mall. You will not smell fresh bread. There's just a counter. There's often nobody at the counter and you can see staff in the back but they'll leave you alone upwards of 5 minutes before offering help
I asked them to grill my sandwich. And one of their staff member (sammy) said its not working. And the griller was right in front of me jn working condition. Like dude try to love your job. Very bad experience.
This place is absolutely disgusting. I used my points to get potato rings, and they were stale, sticky, and looked like they’d been sitting there for days. They clearly just microwaved them and tossed them in a bag. When I complained that they weren’t fresh, the staff were rude and lied straight to my face saying they “just made them.” What a joke. The people here have zero customer service skills and no idea how to properly run a store. Do yourself a favor and avoid this Subway completely.
