I placed an online order for a 6" Sweet Onion Chicken Teriyaki sub with very specific instructions — toasted, grilled, with customized portions of veggies and sauces. However, what I received was completely off. It was not toasted or grilled, had barely any spinach or lettuce, and the chicken portion was noticeably less.
