Average subway experience. Perfectly located for a dinner stop driving from Toronto to Ottawa
Used the app, money was taken, showed up when the subs were "ready" subs we not made, the employees said i was at the wrong location very confidently, I showed them on my phone it was the willow creek location, and they still said i was at the wrong location and wanted me to pay again. They actually thought it was funny, didn't get my money back, unreal, I understand accidents happen but they had no motivation to fix the problem, very disrespectful, doesn't matter firehouse subs got a new repeating customer now
Front staff has attitude issues! No greetings no soft talk just aggression! Needs training! Both front guys were not wearing any hair net potential risk of contamination! Don’t know what happen to polite soft speaking Cx service! If owner or manager is reading this they should provide detailed explanation of Proper customer service!
Very skimpy with the filling lettuce, pickle tomatoes etc. Much better at chemong rd
