The store was empty ,3:30 pm , the girl placing chips and a lady behind the counter that didn’t make eye contact at all ,like if I wasn’t there ,so no one there and the girl tells me to use the auto order thing ,I said I’d rather talk to a person ,after a few seconds she went around and put on her gloves and took my order with a very sour face , all and all terrible costumer service !!! even if it’s 5 star food it taste bitter with service like that !!
Que descaro en ese lugar desde q colocaron las máquinas no quieren trabajar llegue al lugar estaba vacío completamente las dos mujeres hablando y cuando me acerco a la caja me dicen haz tu orden en la máquina y ellas sin estar haciendo nada no obstante hago mi pedido en la máquina y me hacen mal la orden reallyyyyyy da pena ese lugar no quieren trabajar
I come to this place all the time, but the service this time was absolutely terrible. The woman told me she couldn't remove a jalapeño from my burrito and insisted I had to order via the self-service kiosks—even though I always order directly at the counter. They really shouldn't hire such unpleasant people.
