I’m really disappointed with how this Subway location treats customers who may be unsure or confused while ordering. Instead of being patient and offering help, the staff acted dismissive and made me feel small for simply asking questions or taking a moment to decide. Ordering at Subway can be overwhelming — there are lots of options and not everyone knows the process right away. Great service!
Saw a roach and asked for a refund. One was not offered, I threw my uneaten sandwich in the trash. Big disconnect with what is acceptable here versus where people may have grown up.
