Made an order through the app, but only noticed afterwards I messed it up. Wrong location, my bad, no bid deal. Called immediately to cancel. Had to call 3 times before anyone picked up and they said it wasn't the St. Charles one. I hung up and checked. It actually was the right number, Veterans Memorial in St Charles. I went here thinking that I could use a coupon that the employees were dumbfounded about. I tried even just proving a code for them like others take and no ended up spending almost double than anticipated.

Rude customer service. Employees don’t care about you at all. Living in a world of overpriced food you’d think a business would want to make their customers feel welcomed not here! And don’t waste your 20 cents ordering a bottle soda here they will expect you to drink from the fountain even though some people would rather not trust a fountain soda machine you don’t know how often they clean.

2 very small portions of tuna on my salad which costs more than a foot long? At least put the protein on! I’ve heard they downsized the amount and I believe it!!
