Rude customer service. Employees don’t care about you at all. Living in a world of overpriced food you’d think a business would want to make their customers feel welcomed not here! And don’t waste your 20 cents ordering a bottle soda here they will expect you to drink from the fountain even though some people would rather not trust a fountain soda machine you don’t know how often they clean.

2 very small portions of tuna on my salad which costs more than a foot long? At least put the protein on! I’ve heard they downsized the amount and I believe it!!

I recently visited a Subway location and left disappointed with both the service and pricing. While the employee was polite, there was no effort to smile or create a welcoming atmosphere. What bothered me more was the lack of transparency in pricing—toppings and options were offered without clearly stating they cost extra. I ordered two subs with chips and drinks, and the total came to over $44 for two people. If I could give a 0 I would. Impossible to understand them and they don’t understand you. (Indian I think). Had to throw the 2 sandwiches away when I got home.
