WORST experience ever and final straw. The female worker that is there all the time is always passive aggressive to the customers. Coincidentally her name tag 'name' is wiped off always. Yelling to the customer in line to be patient we only have X-amount of workers. She has done this every time I have gone. She then called someone out for their head movements and to be patient. Took a minute to find the tuna. Very sad. I usually love the tuna here.
So far worst subway ive been too in michigan they need to have better customer service
My coworkers and I loved this location for great service and employee Shelley knows understand customers service and knows position control of food. Her warm personality keep us coming back to see Shelley again.
