Identical item, Identical quantity at another Subway on Mason cost me $5 less !? Clear signs of Profit motive. Also customer service depends on who you are? Dashy and flashy customers will get special service but for the average customer it's AAU (Arrogance As Usual). Unless you are desperate try to avoid this place.
Store was closed 15 minutes before closing time, sometimes it’s even a whole 30 minute period. June 2nd, 2025: store was also closed 10 mins before the posted time. Just don’t go there, their toaster never works
They now have only prepackaged avocado 🥑 that tastes like made from powder.
Very rude to customers, if you’re up to get your blood boiling or your day ruined please go here. 3 of my co workers had the same experience, one time I came here they we’re having an argument with a customer, my personal experience was she was asking me if I wanted it roasted, I said yeah, she ask me if that’s a yes or no?? I’m like what? Right after she started talking Indian to her co worker and started laughing, very rude.
