Had a great experience at this Subway location! Aaron was the one who served me and he did an outstanding job. Super friendly, quick, and made my sandwich exactly how I wanted it. You can tell he actually cares about doing things right. Customer service like this is hard to come by and it honestly made my day. Will definitely be coming back. Thanks Aaron!
Stuff was great and the food was awesome.
Online order and I received a different order. I called and they told me it wasn't their fault and there was nothing they can do. "Sorry!!!' Really ? I'm not going back. Dissatisfied and disappointed. Do not order online. This is not the first time I have been through this with subway. The only thing I ordered that was right on was the cookies (yum). They lost my business and word of mouth as well.
I rarely leave reviews (good or bad), but I feel compelled to do one now. A HUGE shout out to Aaron and Daniel behind the counter. Every time I come in, they treat me like I’m Tom Cruise or some kind of VIP. Always smiling and friendly…the absolute BEST customer experience. They’ll make the sandwich any way you want it. If you have a coupon, they don’t act like the discount is coming out of their paycheck (dealt with that many times elsewhere).
