Older woman who made our sandwiches was so sweet! Bless her!
A week ago I ordered 12 inch sub in the app from another location (not my preferred location in Encino) and I got screwed. No bread toasting or cheese. So on May 8th I ordered from my preferred location which is this one. This time bread was toasted but there was also no cheese. My guess that with sales on footlong subs they try to save as much money as possible by not including cheese and hoping no one will notice.
